Wexford Volunteer Centre is a not-for-profit organisation, committed
to developing volunteering in County Wexford. We are a part of a

funded by the Department of Rural & Community Development.
THE ROLE:
* Under the stewardship of a Voluntary Board of Trustees, the Centre
Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of a
multi-disciplined services centre.
* The role blends operations, strategy, finance and communications.
* Keys to success include, excellent leadership, analytical,
managerial, facilitation, interpersonal and project management skills.
THE PURPOSE:
The position will focus on promoting volunteering across County
Wexford,
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* An appropriate 3rd level qualification or extensive relevant
Community & Voluntary sector experience.
* Minimum 2 years? experience in a management/leader role.
* Proven financial management experience.
* Strong computer skills with an ability to learn and use new tools.
* A passion for community engagement and development.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* A full clean driving license with access to own transport.
